All items purchased are professionally and safely packed to ensure safe arrival. I've been selling to customers online since 1996 when ENERTIA had our first website (we were pioneers), and want your
purchases to arrive in the exact same condition as when they leave AIR! For vinyl purchases of 1-4 items, I use whiplash mailers and consider them to be the best that money can buy! For more than 4 LPs, they are safely packed in a heavy duty shipping box. CDs are sent in a bubble envelope - The jewel cases are also wrapped in bubble wrap and then have cardboard protection placed inside the mailer. Please free free to email me if you have any questions or special requests - I'm happy to remove vinyl from the outer jacket to avoid seam splits upon request.

USA CUSTOMERS:
Flat rate media mail shipping for 1 or more items is $4.50 flat rate and free shipping kicks in at $75. Insurance is optional and I'm happy to provide it upon request at $1 per $100 (my exact cost). If you'd prefer first class, priority or overnight shipping, I'm also happy to offer that upon request.
