All items purchased are professionally and safely packed to ensure safe arrival. I've been selling to customers online since 1996 when ENERTIA had our first website (we were pioneers), and want your
purchases to arrive in the exact same condition as when they leave AIR! For vinyl purchases of 1-4 items, I use whiplash mailers and mighty music mailers and consider them to be the best that money can buy! For more than 4 LPs, they are safely packed in a heavy duty shipping box. CDs are sent in a bubble envelope - The jewel cases are also wrapped in bubble wrap and then have cardboard protection placed inside the mailer. Please free free to email me if you have any questions or special requests - I'm happy to remove vinyl from the outer jacket to avoid seam splits upon request.

Flat rate media mail shipping for 1 or more items is $4.50 flat rate and free shipping kicks in at $75. Insurance is optional and I'm happy to provide it upon request at $1 per $100 (my exact cost). If you'd prefer first class, priority or overnight shipping, I'm also happy to offer that upon request. RETURNS:
Never a fun subject to discuss, so I'll keep it short! Returns are considered/accepted on a case by case basis - if your order arrives and has a factory defect or is wrecked by a shipping company (it HAS happened 3 times in 8 years), contact me and we can discuss the options. I'm very reasonable, honest and understanding and I'll do my best to make sure you are happy with the solution. With that being said, I do NOT accept returns of vinyl if there is any audible surface noise in quiet parts (between songs, etc.) and the bottom line is that if you have an issue with hearing a little "noise" when playing a record, maybe you should try listening to music in another format. 
I've been collecting records for over 50 years, and always keep in mind that Vinyl is a vulnerable, flawed medium, but it’s weaknesses are also what makes it a warmer, more human and enjoyable listening experience over the “perfection” of CDs and streaming.
