Τime Tripper is the brainchild of acclaimed French-Swedish singer Erik S. Björngard, who after achieving considerable success as a solo artist, decided to embark on a new musical journey. Björngard, known for his evocative folk/rock sound that earned him two CMA Awards for Best Male Performer and Best Album, and his international acclaim as a composer for several musicals, formed Time Tripper in 2024 with a vision to revive the magic of 80s AOR (Album-Oriented Rock).

Joining Björngard in this nostalgic venture are his close friends and seasoned musicians: Tom Fremont on guitars, Niklas Fremont on keyboards, Alan Bastard on bass, and Jimmy Montout on drums.
