Originally released in 1997, The Fall marked the return of King James after a four-year hiatus. Led by legendary Whitecross guitarist Rex Carroll, the band also features powerhouse vocalist Jimi Bennett (Sacred Fire, Viktor) alongside former Stryper members Robert Sweet and Tim Gaines, creating one of Christian metal's most accomplished lineups.

Building on the foundation of the band's 1993 debut, The Fall ventures into darker, heavier territory while showcasing Carroll's signature guitar work and Bennett's commanding vocal performance. Crushing riffs, memorable melodies, and exceptional musicianship make this one of the hidden gems of '90s Christian heavy metal.

Originally released in Europe before receiving two limited U.S. pressings, The Fall quickly disappeared from the marketplace and remained out of print for nearly a decade. This Collector's Edition from Retroactive Records restores the album with a powerful remaster by J. Powell (Bride, Titanic, Final Axe, Malice) and all-new collector's artwork, giving fans the definitive version of this sought-after release.

Blending the heaviness of Black Sabbath with the melodic sophistication of Queensrÿche and the dark edge of Alice in Chains and Soundgarden, The Fall stands as one of Rex Carroll's finest post-Whitecross recordings and an essential addition to any Christian metal collection.
